When will I receive my order?
Please remember when you place an order with us, at Trend Addictions, we are a small, privately-owned business and do not have a separate department for our online orders. Processing of your online order may take from 1 to 5 business days. This means that your order will be picked, packaged, and shipped out within that time frame [not including the day your order was placed, or Sundays and Mondays]. Once the package has been shipped, it may take an additional 1-5 days to actually receive your items. If you need an order sooner, please contact us at email@example.com or 585.296.3790, so we can expedite your shipping – you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise within 14 days, with your receipt and tags attached. All items must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed, smoke-free condition. You must notify us before making a return or your return may not be processed. Please contact us with the subject "return," via the contact form, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a return address and info. You will then be asked to repack the item(s) and include your full name and order number. At this time, we do not offer return postage, so you you will need to return the package to a post office counter, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery. Returns must be received in-store within 14 days of delivery, in order to receive a refund. Refunds are processed in 2-3 working days after receipt. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, less the shipping cost. At this time we do not offer exchanges for online orders. All sale items are final sale. If items have been marked down or have sold out since purchase, you will receive a refund in the amount of the most current sale price.
How is my order shipped and what are the shipping fees?
Can I order online and pick it up in-store?
Absolutely! We offer in-store pick-up at no charge. If you choose in-store pick-up, please stop in to pick up your order within 30 days. If your order is not picked up within 30 days, we reserve the right to restock your item(s). If the order total was under $10, your items will be restocked without refund. For orders above $10, items will be restocked and you will be issued a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need us to hold an item for an extended period.
Do your gift cards expire?
Trend Addictions gift cards have no expiration date, however, after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, Trend Addictions will charge your gift card an inactivity fee, of $5.00, each calendar month that your card remains inactive. In the event that you then use your gift card to make a transaction, Trend Addictions will stop charging an inactivity fee unless and until another 12 consecutive months of inactivity occurs.
